Deputy King receives Bangladesh Ambassador

Bahrain 18 July 2007: His Highness Shaikh Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Commander in Chief of Bahrain Defense Forces received yesterday, Mr. Mohammad Ruhul Amin, Ambassador of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to the Kingdom of Bahrain at the end of his term as Ambassador of his country in the Kingdom.

The Crown Prince and the Bangladesh Ambassador exchanged views on the relations between the two countries. His Highness the Crown Prince praised the Ambassador for the excellent initiatives taken by him during his tenure in the Kingdom, which have contributed to promoting and strengthening relations between the two countries. His Highness wished Ambassador Amin every success in the tasks entrusted to him in his new posts.

For his part, Ambassador expressed his thanks and deep appreciation to His Highness the Deputy King on the patronage and cooperation extended to help facilitate the performance of his diplomatic mission to the fullest. Ambassador Amin wished the Kingdom of Bahrain steady progress and prosperity. The meeting was attended by Sheikh Khalifa bin Daij Al Khalifa, President of the Court of His Highness the Crown Prince.
